David FrankeAfter living in Oklahoma City all my life, I have watched it grow from a small city to a majestic place to live.  Following in my parents’ and grandparents’ footsteps, I jumped into the retail business while I was in college never thinking that I would stay in it for 30 years.  I enjoyed dealing with people – and doing right by them often meant finding a friend for life.  I built my customer list and assisted a number of them for many years. The business was changing so much I decided to make a change in 2000.  I chose Real Estate because it was similar to retail, as working with people, and my connections with my customers would be a large asset.  I joined the Paradigm AdvantEdge Team in 2000 and have been with them ever since.  I have continued my real estate education and have earned the following designations: GRI ( Graduate Realtor Institute ), CSP ( Certified New Home Sales Professional ) and SRS ( Seller Representative Specialist ).

My speciality is working with buyers and sellers to help make the process of buying or selling a home an enjoyable one, guiding clients through the process from start to finish for a smooth transition.

In my spare time, I enjoy golf, yard work and spending time with my grandchildren.
